North American Nature Photographer's Association Convention: Palm Springs CA

We joined the Camera Lens Division of Carl Zeiss at the NANPA convention in Palm Springs CA this year. With the new Camera Eyepiece DC4 to offer on Sports Optics side, and the new Nikon mount ZEISS prime lenses from the Camera division, as well as the resurected Zeiss Icon rangefinder cameras and lenses, ZEISS again has something to appeal to many nature photographers.

Palm Springs is a wonderful spot for nature photographers. The setting is spectacular. The Living Desert Museum is right there. Joshua Tree National Park is only a few hours north.

I got to both Joshua Tree and the Living Desert. Palm Springs itself is photogenic, as you will see blow.
