The Zeiss Customer Service Team in the field getting some birding experience.

We know how important it is that our people understand the needs and expectations of our customers, and our Customer Service folks are often your first contact with Zeiss. Customer Service had their first field trip last fall, and enjoyed it so much that they requested another this spring. I plan to make it a frequent part of my visits to the office.
